The institution was founded by a group of dedicated
hospitality professionals and experienced educators. As we are very involved in
the industry, we have established strong relationships with many hotels and
restaurant groups, directly working with owners and human resources managers to
develop a comprehensive training program that makes sense for both the hotel
business and the students.
Philosophy
To be successful in the hospitality industry, one needs to
have knowledge of the management theory, as well as substantial first-hand
experience of the practical aspects of the business. Our philosophy is to
combine these two elements in a theory-plus-practice approach, balancing
academic learning with hands-on training.
We understand the needs from the hotel side as well as the
challenges from the students’ point of view. Drawing from our years of
experience in hotel operation and ownership, we believe we have found the
medium for creating a scenario which works for everyone.
Our mission is to educate students who are aiming for top
careers in the international hospitality industry. We are committed to
producing the caliber of graduates that would be eagerly accepted by top hotels
and restaurants around the world. Through our emphasis on both academic and
practical preparation, we ensure that our graduates are operationally competent
and immediately effective on the job.
